Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WiggleScroll, operated by Cameron James Casperson. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The Service
WiggleScroll lets you use Apple's Screen Time controls to pause apps, categories, and web domains you select and uses a brief, on-device movement check as one way to open them. WiggleScroll is a self-management tool, not medical advice, treatment, emergency software, parental-control monitoring, or a guarantee that access to another app will always be prevented.
Choosing what to protect, setting a schedule, starting protection, stopping a current protection session, and turning protection off are available without a subscription. An optional WiggleScroll+ subscription adds timed camera-wiggle unlocks, which temporarily open selected apps without ending the active protection session.
Eligibility And Acceptable Use
You must be legally permitted to use the app and must use it only on devices and Apple Accounts you are authorized to control. Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Subscriptions, Trials, And Billing
- WiggleScroll+ provides timed camera-wiggle unlocks. Core Screen Time protection controls remain available without a subscription.
- Prices, billing periods, and introductory offers are shown in the app and confirmed by Apple before purchase.
- Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary by plan, account, storefront, or prior purchase history.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple's displayed purchase terms.
- Your Apple Account is charged and subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
- Deleting WiggleScroll does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Privacy And Permissions
The Privacy Policy explains how WiggleScroll processes information. Features can require Screen Time, camera, and notification permissions. You can change permissions in iPhone Settings, but doing so may prevent related features from working.
Availability And Changes
Features depend on Apple services, device compatibility, permissions, network availability, and third-party services such as RevenueCat and Sentry. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
Ownership
WiggleScroll, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by its operator or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app under Apple's platform rules.
Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WiggleScroll is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Apple Terms
Your license is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these supplemental terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms control.
Termination, Severability, And Governing Law
You may stop using WiggleScroll at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for a material violation of these terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
