WiggleScroll Support
The fastest way to report a bug is WiggleScroll → Settings → Send feedback. The app can attach privacy-safe technical codes that help diagnose subscription, Screen Time, scheduling, and camera problems. You review the report in the in-app Mail composer or iOS share sheet before sending it. After Mail confirms a successful send, WiggleScroll shows a confirmation and returns you to Settings.
Automatic Error Reports
WiggleScroll also uses Sentry to receive automatic crash, app-hang, watchdog-termination, and privacy-minimized handled-error reports. These reports do not intentionally include feedback text, camera frames, protected-app selections, receipts, screenshots, or view hierarchy. They help identify that a problem occurred, but a feedback report is still the best way to explain what you expected and what happened.
Quick Checks
- Use a real iPhone. Screen Time and Family Controls behavior is limited in Simulator.
- Open WiggleScroll and confirm Screen Time access is approved.
- Confirm at least one app, category, or domain is selected.
- Open Settings → Subscription if WiggleScroll+ timed-unlock access needs to be refreshed or restored.
- Use Practice the wiggle from the dashboard or Settings to test movement without blocking anything.
- If the camera challenge cannot start, confirm camera access is enabled in iPhone Settings.
WiggleScroll+ Shows The Wrong State
Return WiggleScroll to the foreground so it can refresh access. If necessary, open Settings → Subscription and choose Restore purchases. Purchases must use the same Apple Account that originally subscribed. Protection scheduling and session controls remain available without WiggleScroll+.
Protected Apps Are Not Paused
Confirm protection is enabled, a daily window is currently active or manual protection has been started, and the app, category, or domain you expect to pause is selected in WiggleScroll.
Camera Challenge
Practice is available without a subscription. Using a completed wiggle to open protected apps for a timed break requires WiggleScroll+. The challenge uses the front camera for live, on-device movement detection; no video is saved. Hold the phone at full arm's length so your head, shoulders, and upper body are visible. If the challenge is unavailable, enable camera access for WiggleScroll in iPhone Settings, then reopen the app.
